We are a non-profit 501(c)(3). All of the money that you give goes to the effort, except for the small amount that PayPal takes for their service (it's really very little). The administration of JustUsFriends is entirely volunteer. Your dollars will go to those who need them. Many Love & Blessings!

Help Support Our Clinic
The JustUsFriends Clinic, "Loren's Hope", is at the site of the Good Hope Orphanage and School in Arusha, Tanzania. All money will go to buy medical supplies, medicine, and vaccines for the orphan children in Arusha, TZ. We are currently providing medical care for approimately 1,800 children.
